Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No-Show policy is as follows: We require a 24 hour notice of rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service(s), the credit card we have on file for you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s). If you do not call to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of all scheduled service(s). All guests are required to place a credit card on file in order to book a reservation. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated. If you wish to not have your credit card on file, but would still like to make an appointment, please contact the Studio by phone where you will be given the option to prepay for your services.
